1. Attendance

Regular attendance is essential for steady progress. Consistency builds mastery, and missing classes frequently can slow down development.

Students are expected to attend all scheduled sessions. Repeated absence or frequent skipping of classes may lead to a review of your reserved time slot.

If a student is facing challenges, classes can be temporarily paused by mutual agreement, with a clear resumption date. If classes do not resume after the agreed time, the slot may be reassigned to another student.

2. Practice

Practice is a key part of learning and cannot be overemphasized. Each class builds on the previous one, so it is important to take time to practice what has been taught.

Without adequate practice, progress may be delayed, as future classes may need to focus again on previous material instead of moving forward.

3. Time Management

To ensure each session runs smoothly and efficiently, students are encouraged to join the class at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time. This allows for necessary setup and technical checks so that the lesson can start promptly.

4. Attendance and Cancellation Policy

To maintain a professional and effective learning environment, please take note of the following:

Consistency is important, and each time slot is reserved specifically for you. Classes missed without prior notice are not refundable or transferable.

If you need to reschedule a class, kindly provide at least 24 hours’ notice. We will do our best to arrange a make up session within the same month.

Students are advised to log in early to test their internet connection, audio, and video to ensure a smooth class experience.

5. Payment Structure

We offer flexible payment options to suit your convenience.

The fee is 30,000 per hour.

Payments can be made monthly, bi monthly, quarterly, or per class.

All payments must be completed before the commencement of any class.
